Vehicle Condition & Risk Acknowledgement

1. Pre-Existing Damage
Fleet Pristine accepts no responsibility for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, corrosion, paint defects, loose trims, decals, mirrors, lights, badges or bodywork components. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known defects prior to service.

2. Loose or Defective Parts
We shall not be liable for damage resulting from loose, poorly fitted, worn, aged or defective components, including mirrors, trims, mouldings, seals, aerials, number plates or accessories.

3. Condition of Paintwork and Surfaces
Fleet Pristine accepts no liability for damage to paintwork or surfaces that are oxidised, chipped, previously repaired, poorly maintained, or otherwise compromised prior to cleaning.
